工作溫度:充(chong)電0℃~45℃;放(fang)電-40℃~60℃

18650低溫鋰電(dian)池使用注意事項:
(1)充電電壓
充電(dian)電(dian)壓不得超過本標準書中規定(ding)的(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(4.2V/電(dian)芯)。4.25V為(wei)充電(dian)電(dian)壓最高極限,充電(dian)器的(de)設計應滿足(zu)此(ci)條件(jian)。
電(dian)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)壓高于額(e)定電(dian)壓值時,將可能引起(qi)電(dian)芯(xin)(xin)的充放電(dian)性(xing)(xing)能、機械性(xing)(xing)能和安全性(xing)(xing)能的問題(ti),可能會導致發熱或泄漏(lou)。
(2)充電溫度
電芯必須在0℃~45℃的環境溫度范(fan)圍內進行(xing)充(chong)電。
(3)禁止反向充電(dian)
正(zheng)確連接電(dian)池的(de)正(zheng)負極(ji),嚴(yan)禁反(fan)向(xiang)充(chong)電(dian)。若電(dian)池正(zheng)負極(ji)接反(fan),將無法(fa)對電(dian)芯進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)。同時(shi),反(fan)向(xiang)充(chong)電(dian)會降低電(dian)芯的(de)充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)性能、安全性,并(bing)會導致發(fa)熱、泄(xie)漏。
(3)放電電流
放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)流不得超過本(ben)標準(zhun)書規(gui)定的最大放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)流,大電(dian)流放(fang)電(dian)會導(dao)致電(dian)芯(xin)容量(liang)劇(ju)減并導(dao)致過熱。
電芯可以在-40℃~60℃的環境(jing)溫度范圍內(nei)進行放電。
(4)過放電
需要(yao)注意的是,在電(dian)芯長期(qi)未使(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)間,它(ta)可(ke)能會用(yong)(yong)其它(ta)自(zi)放(fang)電(dian)特性而(er)處于某(mou)種過放(fang)電(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。為(wei)防止(zhi)放(fang)電(dian)的發生,電(dian)芯應定期(qi)充(chong)電(dian),將其電(dian)壓維持在3.6V至3.9V之間。
過(guo)放(fang)電(dian)會導致電(dian)芯性能、電(dian)池(chi)功能的喪失。
(5)充(chong)電(dian)器應有(you)裝置來防止電(dian)池放電(dian)至(zhi)低于本(ben)標準書規定(ding)的(de)截止電(dian)壓。此外,充(chong)電(dian)器還應有(you)裝置以(yi)防止重(zhong)復充(chong)電(dian),步驟如下(xia):
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)快速(su)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)之前,應先以(yi)一小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(0.01C)預充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)15~30分(fen)鐘,以(yi)使(每個)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓達到(dao)(dao)3.0V以(yi)上,再進行快速(su)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。可用一記時(shi)器(qi)(qi)來實現該預充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)步驟(zou)。如(ru)果在(zai)預充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)規(gui)定時(shi)間內,(個別)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓仍(reng)未(wei)升到(dao)(dao)3.0V以(yi)上,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)應能(neng)夠停(ting)止下(xia)一步快速(su)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),并顯示該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)/電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)正處于非正常狀(zhuang)態。
(6)嚴禁拆卸電芯
在任(ren)何情況下不得拆卸(xie)電(dian)芯(xin),拆卸(xie)電(dian)芯(xin)可能會導致內(nei)部短(duan)路,進而(er)引起鼓氣、著火及其它問題。
(7)電解(jie)液有(you)害
鋰電(dian)(dian)池理論上(shang)不(bu)存在(zai)流動的電(dian)(dian)解液,但萬一有電(dian)(dian)解液泄漏而(er)接觸到皮膚、眼睛或身(shen)體其它部(bu)位,應(ying)立即(ji)用(yong)清(qing)水沖洗電(dian)(dian)解液并就(jiu)醫(yi)。
(8)嚴(yan)禁將電(dian)芯投入火中
在任(ren)何情況下,不得燃燒電(dian)(dian)芯或將電(dian)(dian)芯投(tou)入火中,否則會(hui)引起電(dian)(dian)芯燃燒,這(zhe)是非常危險(xian)的(de),應絕(jue)對禁(jin)止。
(9)禁止使用己損壞的(de)電芯(xin)
電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)在運輸(shu)過程中可(ke)能因撞擊等原因而損壞(huai),若發現電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)有(you)任何異常特征,如(ru)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)封(feng)邊損壞(huai),外殼破損,聞(wen)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液氣體,電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液泄漏(lou)等,該(gai)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)不得(de)使用。
有電解液泄漏(lou)或散發(fa)電解液氣(qi)味的電池(chi)應(ying)遠離火(huo)源以避免著(zhu)火(huo)。
