鎳氫電池性能好壞的參數指標有哪些?

2、標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya):鎳氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)池剛出廠時正負極之間的電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢差(cha)是標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。單元鎳氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是1.2V,標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)由極板材料的電(dian)(dian)(dian)極電(dian)(dian)(dian)位和內部電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液的濃度決定(ding),當環(huan)境溫度、使用時間、工作狀態、剩余電(dian)(dian)(dian)量有變化時,單元電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)會有變化。

5、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)終止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是鎳氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)允許的最低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,在放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)終止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓狀(zhuang)態下(xia)繼續(xu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)兩端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓會迅速(su)下(xia)降,形成深度放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和過(guo)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。如此,則極板上形成的生成物(wu)在正(zheng)常充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)就(jiu)不易恢復,影(ying)響電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的壽命。
6、充放(fang)電電流:一定(ding)要有最大(da)電流的規定(ding)。因為大(da)電流會沖擊電池(chi)結構的穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)。
7、循環壽命:一次完全充放電過程被視為鎳氫電池的一個充電周期,電池反復充(chong)電就構(gou)成(cheng)了電池的(de)循環壽(shou)命。鎳氫電池的(de)充(chong)電周期是按照IEC標準(zhun)規定的(de),通常,鎳氫電池壽(shou)命應達(da)到500次。
8、比能量(liang):常用的標準是:(1)、能量(liang)/重量(liang)為30~80wh/kg(瓦特小時(shi)/干克);(2)、能量(liang)/體積為140~300wh/l(瓦特小時(shi)/升(sheng))。
