充電電池的分類
充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)種類比較多,但是(shi)用(yong)于航模之上要求能量(liang)(liang)密度大,重量(liang)(liang)輕,放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)流大,目前主要使用(yong)鎳鎘電(dian)池(chi)、鎳氫電(dian)池(chi)和。充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)內(nei)阻低(di),使用(yong)時謹(jin)防短路,否則可(ke)能引起燙傷、火災。
鎳鎘電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(Ni-Cd)的主(zhu)要(yao)特點是(shi)優異的大電(dian)(dian)流放(fang)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能(neng)(neng),滿足航模短時(shi)間高(gao)功率要(yao)求。充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)個重要(yao)的性(xing)能(neng)(neng)指(zhi)標(biao)是(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍率。所(suo)謂放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍率,就是(shi)指(zhi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的最(zui)大連(lian)續放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流與其(qi)(qi)容量C的比值。C代表(biao)(biao)的是(shi)以一(yi)(yi)安培(pei)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)完畢所(suo)需小時(shi)數。通常在容量C前加一(yi)(yi)個數字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)。例如(ru)格氏1800mah電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍率為(wei)10 C,即(ji)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)它的最(zui)大連(lian)續放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)量為(wei)18A,可見放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍率是(shi)衡(heng)量電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)急放(fang)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)的重要(yao)指(zhi)標(biao)。由于生產(chan)工藝和結構(gou)上(shang)的差(cha)異,不同品(pin)牌電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍率往(wang)往(wang)不同。國產(chan)鎳隔電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)為(wei)6C~12C,進(jin)口(kou)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)通常要(yao)高(gao)一(yi)(yi)些,尤其(qi)(qi)是(shi)模型飛機專用動力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),往(wang)往(wang)可達20C左右(you),選擇電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)首先就是(shi)選揮高(gao)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍率的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。
但是鎳隔(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的能(neng)量密度小,并且有記(ji)憶效應,廢舊(jiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)對環境污(wu)染(ran)比較(jiao)大,很(hen)快就被(bei)淘(tao)汰,目前(qian)只(zhi)用于特大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸出的場合。鎳氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(NiMH)是一(yi)(yi)種環保型的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),使用性能(neng)和充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方式同鎳隔(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)樣,標稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)也是1.25v,但是功率密度更大,目前(qian)已經在(zai)(zai)相當多的場合取代了鎳隔(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),只(zhi)是在(zai)(zai)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性能(neng)方面(mian)尚不及鎳隔(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),一(yi)(yi)般在(zai)(zai)7C左(zuo)右。
鎳隔電池和鎳氫電池有相同系列的型號,常用的主要有SC型、A型、AA型(5號)、AAA型(7號)等。此(ci)外還會有一(yi)些(xie)特殊型號的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),它(ta)們通常(chang)是(shi)由標準電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)型號規格衍生出來的(de)加長(chang)或縮短型號。電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)單體(ti)(電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)芯)有時也直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)以(yi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)尺寸為(wei)標示,如18650、1848,它(ta)們標示的(de)是(shi)直(zhi)徑(jing)18毫(hao)米(mi)(mi),長(chang)度分別為(wei)65毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)和8毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)的(de)單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。航(hang)模中電(dian)(dian)機(ji)以(yi)及(ji)接(jie)(jie)(jie)收機(ji)都要使用電(dian)(dian)源,它(ta)們的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓一(yi)般都在5v以(yi)上,動力組一(yi)般都在9~12v以(yi)上,這(zhe)需要多節(jie)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)串聯(lian),一(yi)般用鎳(nie)片點焊(han)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)。業余制作可(ke)以(yi)用銅片錫(xi)焊(han),不(bu)過要注意焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)時間(jian)短,避(bi)免電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)受(shou)損。
鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(Li-Poly)是(shi)目前充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)主流(liu)(liu)(liu)。它已經廣泛的(de)(de)是(shi)用(yong)在手機等掌上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)產(chan)品上(shang)面。鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)達3.6v,能(neng)量(liang)密度大,質量(liang)輕,沒(mei)有(you)記憶效應。但是(shi)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)要(yao)求比較高(gao),也很難做到大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),否則非常容(rong)易損傷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。而航模專用(yong)的(de)(de)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)力已達10C以上(shang),同時(shi)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)安全性(xing)已經不成(cheng)問題(ti),但需要(yao)專門的(de)(de)充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路保(bao)護(hu)。鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)封裝(zhuang)形(xing)式(shi)非常多(duo),多(duo)數為扁的(de)(de)長方體(ti),并且帶有(you)每塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)專用(yong)的(de)(de)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,在放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)(yu)一(yi)(yi)定時(shi)間(jian)或放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)一(yi)(yi)定時(shi)間(jian)都會(hui)自動(dong)保(bao)護(hu),很多(duo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路還帶有(you)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)功能(neng)。鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在結構(gou)上(shang)采用(yong)鋁塑軟包裝(zhuang),有(you)別于(yu)(yu)早期液態電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的(de)(de)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(Li-ion)的(de)(de)金屬外殼,一(yi)(yi)旦發生安全隱患,液態電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯容(rong)易爆炸(zha),而聚合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯最多(duo)只會(hui)鼓氣。
