電源管理系統(tong)存在的必要性和重要性:
過(guo)(guo)(guo)充(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)放對(dui)(dui)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的損害(hai)都是致(zhi)命(ming)的,不同(tong)之處(chu)僅(jin)在(zai)(zai)于過(guo)(guo)(guo)充(chong)產生大(da)量(liang)氣體(ti)、易(yi)自(zi)燃和爆炸(zha)、表象(xiang)劇烈,過(guo)(guo)(guo)放外觀變(bian)化和緩、但失效速度卻極快,在(zai)(zai)正常使(shi)用中(zhong)(zhong)都應嚴格避免出現。對(dui)(dui)于單體(ti)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)而(er)言,在(zai)(zai)充(chong)放電(dian)的過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),如果過(guo)(guo)(guo)充(chong)或者(zhe)過(guo)(guo)(guo)放電(dian)都會造成(cheng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)內阻增大(da),負極析(xi)鋰,容量(liang)減小等一系列(lie)問題,使(shi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)存在(zai)(zai)安全和壽命(ming)縮短的問題。對(dui)(dui)于電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組而(er)言,在(zai)(zai)成(cheng)組之前就需要單體(ti)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的電(dian)性能(neng)基(ji)本一致(zhi),在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)也需要保持各個單體(ti)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的性能(neng)一致(zhi)性,這樣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)才(cai)能(neng)盡量(liang)發(fa)揮1+1>1的效果。
電源(yuan)管理系統的構(gou)造:

1.監測功能:
監測(ce)功能是電(dian)(dian)源管理(li)系統功能最基本的功能,其為管理(li)功能提高(gao)可靠(kao)的數據(ju)。監測(ce)內容包括電(dian)(dian)池的端電(dian)(dian)壓,電(dian)(dian)流(liu),溫(wen)度等參數。
2.保護功能:
保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)功能包括(kuo)過(guo)充保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、過(guo)放(fang)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、短路保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、反接保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、過(guo)載保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、溫度(du)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)等(deng)。
3.計量功能:
計量功能是對(dui)(dui)電(dian)池在(zai)(zai)使用(yong)過(guo)程中的(de)SOC狀態(tai)(tai)進行(xing)動態(tai)(tai)報告,從(cong)理論上來(lai)講(jiang),電(dian)池的(de)電(dian)壓和容量存(cun)在(zai)(zai)一定的(de)對(dui)(dui)應關系,通(tong)過(guo)在(zai)(zai)使用(yong)過(guo)程中的(de)SOC數據(ju)和理論的(de)SOC數據(ju)來(lai)對(dui)(dui)比,判斷電(dian)池的(de)壽命。
4.控制功能:
通(tong)過(guo)接口和通(tong)訊協議(yi)將(jiang)電池的狀態與外接連接,實現(xian)自控(kong)或者遠(yuan)程遙控(kong)的功能。
