低溫鋰電(dian)池(chi)選用(yong)VGCF和(he)比表面積(ji)在(2000±500)m2/g的(de)活性炭為添加(jia)(jia)劑及(ji)其相匹(pi)配的(de)正負極(ji)材(cai)料(liao),注入添加(jia)(jia)特殊(shu)添加(jia)(jia)劑的(de)特種電(dian)解液,保(bao)證(zheng)了鋰電(dian)池(chi)的(de)低溫放電(dian)功(gong)能,同時高溫70℃擱(ge)置24h體積(ji)變化率≤0.5%,具(ju)有(you)常規鋰電(dian)池(chi)的(de)安全和(he)存儲功(gong)能。其用(yong)途包括:裝備(bei)(bei)部隊、航(hang)空、航(hang)天、深海潛航(hang)設(she)備(bei)(bei)電(dian)源、極(ji)地科考、探(tan)險設(she)備(bei)(bei)供電(dian)、寒帶(dai)搶(qiang)險、救(jiu)災用(yong)電(dian)源、防寒服、防寒鞋電(dian)源燈(deng)。

低溫(wen)倍率型(xing)(xing)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)被用于紅外線激光裝備、強光型(xing)(xing)武(wu)警裝備、聲(sheng)學武(wu)警裝備。低溫(wen)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)按應用領域分為:軍用低溫(wen)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi),工業(ye)低溫(wen)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi).

A、-20℃民用低溫鋰電池:-20℃電池0.2C放(fang)電占額定容(rong)量的(de)90%以上;-30℃電池0.2C放(fang)電占額定容(rong)量的(de)90%以上;
B、-40℃特種低溫鋰電(dian)池-40℃電(dian)池0.2放電(dian)占(zhan)額定容量的90%以上;
C、-50℃極端(duan)環境低溫鋰電(dian)(dian)池-50℃時電(dian)(dian)池0.2放電(dian)(dian)占額定容量的50%以上;
