軟包方(fang)形(xing)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池有幾種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye),一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是液(ye)態電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye),一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是膠態電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye),還有一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是固(gu)態電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye),不(bu)同(tong)的電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye),方(fang)形(xing)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池耐低溫(wen)性能(neng)不(bu)一(yi)樣。

(2)鋁殼方形鋰電(dian)(dian)池使用的電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)是(shi)(shi)液(ye)態的,在低(di)溫環(huan)(huan)境下(xia)很容易(yi)被凍結,內(nei)阻(zu)大增,影(ying)響電(dian)(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)(dian)能力,甚至會發生析(xi)鋰,讓電(dian)(dian)池在低(di)溫環(huan)(huan)境下(xia)是(shi)(shi)去(qu)作用。

(3)鋁殼會(hui)有被(bei)電解(jie)液腐蝕的危險,導(dao)致漏液報(bao)廢;

(4)但是鋁殼方形(xing)鋰電池在實現(xian)增容并聯(lian)方面,有比較(jiao)好的優勢;

(5)液態電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)容(rong)易發(fa)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)解反應(ying)后產生氣體,導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)(dian)池鼓脹爆(bao)裂,因此鋁殼電(dian)(dian)(dian)池都做有安全閥,防(fang)止爆(bao)炸事故;

(6)鋁殼鋰電(dian)池外(wai)殼變形能力差,容易造成損(sun)壞(huai);

(7)鋁(lv)殼方形(xing)鋰電(dian)池在電(dian)池厚度(du)和形(xing)狀上收線嚴重(zhong),變化性不自由;

從整體上來說,軟(ruan)包方(fang)形(xing)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池中(zhong)聚合物(wu)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池相對磷酸鐵鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池會(hui)好些,但是要看使用的(de)場(chang)景(jing),使用場(chang)景(jing)實際需求(qiu)條件會(hui)決定哪種類(lei)型的(de)方(fang)形(xing)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池更好。
