鋰電池的三根線分兩種可能:

接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)完(wan)成后:測量電池B+,B-電壓與P+,P-電壓是(shi)(shi)(shi)否相等(deng),相等(deng)即保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)正常工作,可以正常使用了。如不相等(deng),請(qing)按照上(shang)面接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)順序重新檢查一(yi)遍。PS:同(tong)口和分口的接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)這排線(xian)的方法是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)樣(yang)的,區別在于他們(men)放電接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(負載、電機(ji))和接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)充電的方法不一(yi)樣(yang)。同(tong)口充放電的負極(ji)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)在P-線(xian)上(shang);分口是(shi)(shi)(shi)充電線(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)在C-線(xian)上(shang)、放電接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)在P-線(xian)上(shang)。
1、通過(guo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)黑色表(biao)筆(bi)壓住B-線端子和萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)紅色表(biao)筆(bi)壓信B1線端子,得到第1串電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓是3.584V。
2、通過(guo)用萬用表(biao)(biao)黑色(se)表(biao)(biao)筆壓住B1線端子和萬用表(biao)(biao)紅色(se)表(biao)(biao)筆壓信(xin)B2線端子,得到(dao)第2串電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓是3.584V。
3、通過此方法測量,得出:
第1串電池電壓:3.584V
第2串電池電壓:3.584V
第3串電池(chi)電壓:3.585V
第4串(chuan)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓:3.585V
第5串電池電壓:3.583V
第6串(chuan)電池電壓:3.583V
第7串電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓(ya):3.584V
此7串電壓都是3.58V,排(pai)線(xian)接線(xian)正確,而且(qie)電池(chi)電壓相差低(di)于0.002V,電池(chi)一致性好。
通(tong)過接上B-線(xian),測量B-和電(dian)池(chi)總正極的(de)電(dian)壓和P-和電(dian)池(chi)總正極的(de)電(dian)壓
電壓一(yi)致,說明保護(hu)板(ban)正常(保護(hu)板(ban)相(xiang)當(dang)于開關,開關已經打開,電流可安(an)全通過)
示例測(ce)試得:
B-到電池總正極電壓是(shi)25.11V
P-到(dao)電(dian)池(chi)總正極(ji)電(dian)壓是25.11V
兩個電(dian)壓(ya)一致表(biao)示保(bao)護板(ban)正(zheng)常。如(ru)果P-通(tong)過(guo)大電(dian)流放電(dian),會有輕微壓(ya)降,保(bao)護板(ban)發熱(50度左右(you)),屬于(yu)正(zheng)常現象。
接(jie)(jie)排線(xian)一定要正確,接(jie)(jie)錯線(xian)會燒壞(huai)保護板,所以通過(guo)電(dian)壓再三確認每(mei)串電(dian)池電(dian)壓以保證(zheng)線(xian)排沒有接(jie)(jie)錯。
