鋰電池為什么要做UN38.3認證?
由于國內外在鋰電池運輸過程中發生過多起(qi)安全事(shi)故(gu),聯合國(guo)(guo)、國(guo)(guo)際航協等(deng)國(guo)(guo)際機構和國(guo)(guo)家民(min)航總局等(deng)國(guo)(guo)內(nei)有關部(bu)門要(yao)求(qiu)鋰電(dian)(dian)池運輸必須按照IATADGR的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)進行UN38.3認證(zheng)(zheng)及(ji)其他試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。鋰電(dian)(dian)池運輸前(qian),必須要(yao)通過高(gao)度模擬、高(gao)低溫循環、振(zhen)動試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、沖擊試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、55℃外短路、撞擊試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、過充電(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、強制放電(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),才能保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)鋰電(dian)(dian)池運輸安全。

鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)UN38.3認(ren)證前期條件試驗(yan)(單(dan)次(ci)或五十次(ci)循環充放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian))鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)進行下列8項(xiang)試驗(yan)之(zhi)前,需要進行一(yi)定的充放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗(yan),以使電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)達到試驗(yan)狀態:
對A組電(dian)池進(jin)(jin)行單次(ci)回圈充放電(dian)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(時(shi)間4~6h);對B組電(dian)池進(jin)(jin)行五十(shi)次(ci)回圈充放電(dian)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(時(shi)間8~10天(tian))
1.電池UN38.3高(gao)度模(mo)擬試驗
在壓力≤11.6kPa,溫(wen)度(du)20?℃的(de)條件(jian)下,存放6h以(yi)上;
2.電池UN38.3熱測試
在(zai)75±2℃和-40士(shi)2℃的條件下進行(xing)高低溫沖擊試(shi)驗(yan),在(zai)極限(xian)溫度(du)中存放時間≥
6h,高低溫轉換
時間(jian)≤30min,沖(chong)擊10次,室溫(20±2℃)存放24h,試驗總時間(jian)至(zhi)少一周(zhou);
3.電池UN38.3振動試驗
15min 內(nei)從7Hz至200Hz完成一次往復對(dui)數掃頻正弦振動,3h內(nei)完成三維方(fang)向12次振動;
4.電池UN38.3沖擊試驗
150g、6ms或(huo)50g、11ms半正(zheng)弦沖(chong)擊,每個安裝方(fang)向進行3次,總共18次;
5.電池(chi)UN38.3外短(duan)路試(shi)驗(yan)
在(zai)55±2℃、外電(dian)阻<0.1Q條件(jian)下(xia)短路,短路時間持續(xu)到電(dian)池溫度回到55±2℃
后1h,觀察6h;
6.電(dian)池UN38.3碰撞試驗
9.1kg 重物自61.5cm 高處落(luo)于放有15.8mm圓(yuan)棒(bang)的(de)電池上,檢(jian)測(ce)電池表面(mian)溫(wen)度,觀察(cha)6h
7.電池UN38.3過充(chong)電試驗
在(zai)2倍(bei)的最大連(lian)續充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和(he)2倍(bei)的最大充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓條(tiao)件下,對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池過充24h,觀(guan)察7天;
8.電(dian)池(chi)(chi)UN38.3強(qiang)制(zhi)放電(dian)試(shi)驗電(dian)池(chi)(chi)串連12V直流電(dian)源(yuan),以最大放電(dian)電(dian)流進(jin)行強(qiang)制(zhi)放電(dian),觀(guan)察7天。
電(dian)池做UN38.3需要(yao)的周期(qi)為15個(ge)工(gong)作日,電(dian)池做UN38.3需要(yao)的樣品為15組成品22個(ge)電(dian)芯樣品上面一定(ding)要(yao)有電(dian)壓、容量、瓦(wa)時、型(xing)號(hao)(瓦(wa)時=電(dian)壓*容量)。
鋰電(dian)池(chi)UN38.3認(ren)證對電(dian)池(chi)出貨方(fang)式(shi)有要求,如(ru)果是(shi)965和966出貨方(fang)式(shi),還(huan)需要對電(dian)池(chi)做1.2米(mi)跌落(luo)測試,用(yong)來(lai)評估電(dian)池(chi)運輸中意外跌落(luo)的安全性。
鋰電池出貨方式有(you)以下三種(zhong):
1.電池單獨(du)出貨(huo);965走貨(huo)方式,需做1.2M跌(die)落測試。
2.電池(chi)與設備包裝在一起出貨;966走貨方(fang)式,需(xu)做1.2M跌落(luo)測試。
3.電池安(an)裝(zhuang)在設備上出貨(huo);967走貨(huo)方式(shi),不需做1.2M跌落測試。
國(guo)內電池UN38.3認證機構和(he)(he)企(qi)業主要(yao)有(you)DGM和(he)(he)上(shang)(shang)海化工(gong)(gong)院,上(shang)(shang)海化工(gong)(gong)院是事業單位(wei),效率(lv)和(he)(he)費用(yong)貴些,DGM則效率(lv)高效和(he)(he)費用(yong)低些。UN38.3北方主要(yao)在化工(gong)(gong)院做(zuo)得多,南方這邊(bian)基本上(shang)(shang)都是DGM的(de)。
