一、貯存后荷電恢(hui)復能力檢測
貯存后荷電恢復能力檢測主要檢驗鋰離子電池在貯存規定的時間后,容量恢復情況。
1、鋰離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(20±5)℃的環境溫(wen)度下,以0.2C電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)恒(heng)流(liu)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)至(zhi)規定的終(zhong)止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(一(yi)般為3.0V),然后(hou)以0.2C電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)恒(heng)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)至(zhi)終(zhong)止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(一(yi)般為4.2V),轉入恒(heng)壓充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)終(zhong)止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)一(yi)般為0.02C);
2、鋰離(li)子電(dian)池在(20±5)℃的環(huan)境溫度下以0.2C電(dian)流恒流放電(dian)至規定(ding)的放電(dian)終(zhong)止電(dian)壓(ya);
3、鋰(li)離子電池應(ying)在(20±5)℃的(de)環(huan)境溫度下以0.2C電流(liu)恒流(liu)放電至規定(ding)的(de)放電終止電壓(ya);
4、計(ji)算電池(chi)在步驟⑤中放出的容量(Ah)。
5、鋰離子電池應在(40±2)℃的環境溫度下開(kai)路存(cun)放90d;
6、鋰離子電(dian)池應在(20±5)℃的環境(jing)溫度下按照步驟①方法充電(dian);
貯存后荷電(dian)恢(hui)復能力(li)以計算容量與(yu)額定容量相比的百分數表示。
二、鋰(li)電池(chi)荷電保持能(neng)力(li)和荷電恢復(fu)能(neng)力(li)檢測:
荷(he)電(dian)保(bao)持能力(li)和(he)荷(he)電(dian)恢(hui)復(fu)能力(li)檢測(ce)主要是檢驗(yan)(yan)鋰離子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)貯存(cun)一段時間后(hou)的容量保(bao)持情況(kuang),并在荷(he)電(dian)保(bao)持試驗(yan)(yan)后(hou)就對電(dian)池(chi)再充電(dian),檢驗(yan)(yan)其容量恢(hui)復(fu)情況(kuang)。
1、鋰(li)離(li)子電(dian)池在(20±5)℃的(de)環(huan)境(jing)溫度(du)下,以(yi)0.2C電(dian)流(liu)(liu)恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)放電(dian)至規定的(de)終(zhong)止(zhi)電(dian)壓(一(yi)(yi)般為(wei)3.0V),然后(hou)以(yi)0.2C電(dian)流(liu)(liu)恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)電(dian)至終(zhong)止(zhi)電(dian)壓(一(yi)(yi)般為(wei)4.2V),轉入(ru)恒(heng)壓充(chong)電(dian)(充(chong)電(dian)終(zhong)止(zhi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)一(yi)(yi)般為(wei)0.02C);
2、鋰(li)離子電池應在(zai)(20±5)℃的(de)環境溫度(du)下(xia)開路存放28d;
3、鋰離子電池應在(20±5)℃的環境(jing)溫度下以0.2C電流恒(heng)流放(fang)電至規定的放(fang)電終止電壓;
4、計算鋰離子電池在(zai)步驟(zou)③中放出(chu)的容量(Ah);
5、荷電保持能力應以(yi)步(bu)驟(zou)④計算容(rong)(rong)量(liang)與額(e)定容(rong)(rong)量(liang)相(xiang)比的(de)百分數表示;
6、鋰離子電(dian)池在步驟③放電(dian)后(hou)24h內(nei),應按(an)步驟①充電(dian);
7、鋰離子電(dian)池(chi)應在(20±5)℃的環境(jing)溫度下以0.2C電(dian)流(liu)恒(heng)流(liu)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)至規(gui)定的放(fang)(fang)電(dian)終止(zhi)電(dian)壓;
8、計算鋰離(li)子電池在步驟⑦中放出的容量(Ah);
9、荷電恢復(fu)能(neng)力應以步(bu)驟⑧計算(suan)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)與額定容(rong)(rong)量(liang)相(xiang)比的百分(fen)數表示。
三、循環壽命檢測
循環(huan)壽命(ming)檢測主要檢驗(yan)鋰離(li)子電池在可(ke)用(yong)容量下降(jiang)至許可(ke)值時的(de)充放電次數(shu)。
①鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)池在(20±5)℃的(de)環境溫(wen)度下(xia),以(yi)0.2C電(dian)(dian)流恒(heng)流放電(dian)(dian)至規定的(de)終止電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(一(yi)般為(wei)(wei)3.0V),然后以(yi)0.2C電(dian)(dian)流恒(heng)流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)至終止電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(一(yi)般為(wei)(wei)4.2V),轉入恒(heng)壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(充(chong)電(dian)(dian)終止電(dian)(dian)流一(yi)般為(wei)(wei)0.02C);
②鋰離子電(dian)池應(ying)在(20±5)℃的(de)環(huan)境(jing)溫度下以0.2C電(dian)流(liu)恒(heng)流(liu)放(fang)電(dian)至規定的(de)放(fang)電(dian)終止(zhi)電(dian)壓;
③鋰(li)離子(zi)電(dian)池應在(20±5)℃的環(huan)境(jing)溫度下進行循(xun)環(huan),電(dian)池在充電(dian)和(he)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)或(huo)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)和(he)充電(dian)之間擱置不超過1h;
④鋰電(dian)(dian)池應按照步驟①和(he)步驟②循環進行放電(dian)(dian)和(he)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),直至放電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)低于額定容(rong)量(liang)的70%。
