鋰離子電池可(ke)以分為液態(tai)鋰離子電池(chi)和聚(ju)合物(wu)鋰離子電池(chi))兩大類。聚(ju)合物(wu)所用(yong)的正(zheng)負極(ji)材料與液態(tai)鋰離子都是(shi)相同(tong)的,電池(chi)的工作原理(li)也(ye)基本一(yi)致。


它們(men)的(de)(de)主要區別在于電(dian)(dian)解質的(de)(de)不同, 鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)使用的(de)(de)是液體(ti)電(dian)(dian)解質, 而聚(ju)(ju)合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)則以固體(ti)聚(ju)(ju)合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)解質來代(dai)替, 這種聚(ju)(ju)合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)可以是“干態(tai)”的(de)(de),也可以是“膠態(tai)”的(de)(de),目前大部(bu)分采(cai)用聚(ju)(ju)合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)膠體(ti)電(dian)(dian)解質通常我們(men)把聚(ju)(ju)合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)叫(jiao)做聚(ju)(ju)合(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)叫(jiao)做鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)。
聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)池容量密(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)大,其容量密(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)是鎳(nie)氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)池或(huo)鎳(nie)鎘電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的1.5~2.5 倍,或(huo)者更(geng)高。厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)小,能做得更(geng)薄,普通液態鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)采用先定制(zhi)外(wai)殼,聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)池后塞正(zheng)負極材料的方法,聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)池厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)做到3.6mm以(yi)下(xia)存在技術(shu)瓶頸,聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯則不存在這一問(wen)題,厚(hou)(hou)度(du)(du)可做到1mm以(yi)下(xia),符合(he)時下(xia)超薄手機需求方向(xiang)。
聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)達3.6v~3.8v遠高(gao)于(yu)鎳(nie)氫和鎳(nie)鎘(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)1.2V 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。重量(liang)輕(qing),采用聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池無(wu)需金(jin)屬殼來(lai)作(zuo)為(wei)保(bao)護外包裝,聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池較(jiao)同等容(rong)量(liang)規格的(de)鋼殼鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)輕(qing)40%,較(jiao)鋁殼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池輕(qing)20%。容(rong)量(liang)大,聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池較(jiao)同等尺寸規格的(de)鋼殼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池容(rong)量(liang)高(gao)10~15%,較(jiao)鋁殼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池高(gao)5~10%。

聚合物電(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)特(te)性佳,聚合物電(dian)池(chi)采用膠體電(dian)解(jie)質,相比液態電(dian)解(jie)質,膠體電(dian)解(jie)質具有(you)平穩的放電(dian)特(te)性和更高(gao)的放電(dian)平臺。
