無人機智能電池主要是因為其自身帶有電池BMS保護板而得名,我們在看無人機電池產品介紹的時候通常會見到對于電池的介紹方面會標明其是智能電池還是普通電池。那么什么是智能鋰電池?無人機智能電(dian)池和普通無人機電(dian)池的區別又在(zai)哪里?

普通無人機電池
沒(mei)有(you)配有(you)bms保(bao)護板,因此沒(mei)有(you)智能電(dian)(dian)池所具備的功能,在(zai)使用(yong)的時候,需要經常自查電(dian)(dian)池情(qing)況,不免使用(yong)不當影響使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)或發(fa)生事(shi)故(gu)。


智能無人機鋰(li)電池的bms在(zai)與飛控(kong)數據(ju)融(rong)合后(hou)可實現(xian)三級電壓預警保護措施。
第一級:當檢測到(dao)電量(liang)剩余(yu)30%時,開始報警,提(ti)示用戶應該注意剩余(yu)電量(liang),提(ti)前做(zuo)好返(fan)航準備(bei);
第(di)二級:當檢(jian)測到剩余電量(liang)僅夠維持返航時,開始自動執行返航;而這個(ge)時間點的(de)把握,與飛行距離、高度有關,是智(zhi)能電池數據(ju)與無(wu)人機飛控(kong)數據(ju)融合后實時計算(suan)出來的(de)。
第三級:當檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)剩(sheng)余電(dian)量(liang)都(dou)不足以(yi)維持(chi)正常(chang)返航時(例(li)如返航途中遇到(dao)逆風(feng),則(ze)(ze)有(you)可能超出預估(gu)的返航時間),則(ze)(ze)執行原地降落,以(yi)最大限(xian)度避(bi)無人機因缺電(dian)導致(zhi)墜毀。

而(er)智能電池還(huan)具備第(di)二項功能,那就是對鋰電池組(zu)進行(xing)完善(shan)的充電管理,以(yi)及放電管理。
無人機智能鋰電池有以下功能:
功能(neng)一:該智(zhi)能(neng)鋰電(dian)(dian)池實(shi)際上已內置了一個鋰電(dian)(dian)池的專用(yong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)管(guan)理電(dian)(dian)路(lu),并且能(neng)夠對電(dian)(dian)芯單(dan)體進(jin)行(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)壓均衡管(guan)理。故而,對于充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(電(dian)(dian)源適配(pei)器(qi))的要(yao)求就并不那 么高了,只(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)提供合適的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓和充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,就能(neng)夠對該智(zhi)能(neng)鋰電(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。因此精靈3所(suo)搭配(pei)的所(suo)謂充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi),其(qi)實(shi)質只(zhi)(zhi)是一個電(dian)(dian)源適配(pei)器(qi),真正的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)管(guan)理電(dian)(dian) 路(lu)在電(dian)(dian)池里面。
功(gong)能二:該智能鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)具(ju)有自放(fang)電(dian)(dian)功(gong)能。當電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)量大于65%無(wu)任何操作放(fang)置(zhi)10天后,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)會啟動自放(fang)電(dian)(dian)程序,將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)量放(fang)到(dao)65%,以(yi)便于鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)長時(shi)間(jian)保(bao)存。自放(fang)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間(jian)間(jian)隔還能通過App進行設(she)置(zhi)。
