哪些因素會影響鋰電池壽命?
小編作為將近十年的鋰電池技(ji)術業(ye)務,這(zhe)里給大(da)家簡單總結一下影(ying)響(xiang)鋰電(dian)(dian)池壽(shou)命的三大(da)方面因素,主(zhu)要(yao)包含(han)電(dian)(dian)池本身的性能質量、電(dian)(dian)池工作環(huan)境和使用這(zhe)對電(dian)(dian)池的使用方法(fa):


1、電池本(ben)身的性能質(zhi)量
鋰電池廠家本身的生產制造水(shui)平是(shi)影響其使用壽命(ming)的內在原因,比如說(shuo):
(1)生產制造時環境(jing)水(shui)平(ping)含量(liang)過高,這個(ge)就比較容易引起電池(chi)鼓包;
(2)極片裁(cai)切(qie)時候毛(mao)刺不過(guo)關(邊緣部(bu)分),毛(mao)刺過(guo)大,導致使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中很容(rong)易刺穿隔(ge)膜,導致內部(bu)短(duan)路;

(3)極片焊接虛焊不牢固,容(rong)易(yi)斷(duan)路開(kai),這(zhe)種(zhong)基(ji)本是看不到的,也是無法(fa)維修(xiu)的;
2、電池的工作環境
(1)溫度:高溫會降(jiang)低(di)鋰電(dian)池的壽(shou)(shou)命,過熱會引起電(dian)池內部化學反應的加速(su),并可能(neng)導致電(dian)池泄漏或(huo)甚至燃(ran)爆;而(er)過低(di)的溫度也(ye)會降(jiang)低(di)電(dian)池使(shi)用壽(shou)(shou)命。
(2)濕(shi)度:工作(zuo)環境濕(shi)度過(guo)大,很導致(zhi)電池(chi)容易發生(sheng)短路或是鼓包、極耳焊(han)接(jie)銹(xiu)蝕等(deng),也(ye)會影響電池(chi)使用壽命;
3、使用(yong)者對(dui)電池的使用(yong)方法(fa)
(1)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)和放電(dian)(dian)速(su)(su)率:過高的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)速(su)(su)率或放電(dian)(dian)速(su)(su)率會加速(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的容量衰(shuai)減,降低電(dian)(dian)池(chi)壽命,當然如果是(shi)使(shi)用了快充(chong)技(ji)術配方的原材料生產(chan)制造(zao)的高倍(bei)率充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),這個影(ying)響會小許(xu)多。
(2)過充電(dian)(dian)或過放電(dian)(dian)
充電沒(mei)有做保(bao)護,導(dao)(dao)致過(guo)充電,或者放電的(de)時候過(guo)度的(de)放電,這(zhe)些(xie)都會損傷電池內部化學原(yuan)材料的(de)結構,導(dao)(dao)致電池使用(yong)壽(shou)命變短。
