測量蓄電池好壞的方法
蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)優劣通常是根據蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢及其內(nei)阻的(de)大小來判(pan)斷的(de);電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢是指蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)外開路情況下正、負極間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位差。內(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是指蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)內(nei)部所呈現的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓升高很快,而(er)在對其放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓又下降很快則說蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)內(nei)阻大,其容量(liang)小為(wei)(wei)不良(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi);另有(you)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢(兩端懸空)為(wei)(wei)正常值,但用(yong)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容量(liang)測試表測之,反映為(wei)(wei)很小或為(wei)(wei)零,則此蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)內(nei)極脫落,此電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)為(wei)(wei)報廢電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。
1、從外觀判斷
觀察外觀有(you)無變形(xing)、凸出、漏液(ye)、破裂炸開、燒(shao)焦、螺(luo)絲連接處有(you)無氧化物(wu)滲出等。
2、帶載測量
若外觀無異(yi)常,UPS工作于電(dian)(dian)池模式下(xia),帶一定量的(de)負載,若放(fang)電(dian)(dian)時間(jian)明顯(xian)短于正常放(fang)電(dian)(dian)時間(jian),充電(dian)(dian)8小(xiao)時以后,乃不能恢復正常的(de)備用時間(jian),判定電(dian)(dian)池老化。
3、萬用表測量:
1)電(dian)池放電(dian)模式下測(ce)量(liang):測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)池組中(zhong)各個(ge)電(dian)池端(duan)電(dian)壓,若其中(zhong)一(yi)個(ge)或(huo)多個(ge)電(dian)池端(duan)電(dian)壓顯明(ming)高于(yu)或(huo)低(di)于(yu)標(biao)稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(標(biao)稱(cheng)電(dian)壓12V/節),判(pan)斷電(dian)池老化。
2)市電模式下測(ce)量(liang):電池(chi)組(zu)中各個電池(chi)端的(de)充電電壓(ya)(ya),若其中一個或多個電池(chi)的(de)充電電壓(ya)(ya)顯明(ming)高于或低于其他電壓(ya)(ya),判定(ding)電池(chi)老化(hua)。
3)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)的(de)總(zong)(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓:電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)總(zong)(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓明(ming)顯(xian)低于標稱值(以C1K電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)標稱值是36V為(wei)例),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)8小時后乃(nai)不能恢(hui)復到正常(chang)值,即使恢(hui)復到正常(chang)值,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間達不到正常(chang)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,判定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)老化。

4、儀器測試
一般(ban)采用蓄電(dian)池放電(dian)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀,把測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀兩正負(fu)測(ce)(ce)鉗分別夾持蓄電(dian)池正負(fu)電(dian)極,按(an)下測(ce)(ce)試(shi)按(an)鈕(niu),觀察測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀表指示情況:
1)如果儀(yi)表指示電壓(ya)9V以上(shang)說明蓄電池狀態良好。
2)如果低于(yu)(yu)9V但是(shi)指針處于(yu)(yu)某個(ge)數值不動說明蓄電(dian)池處于(yu)(yu)虧電(dian)狀態,需要補充充電(dian)。
3)如果指(zhi)針(zhen)慢慢下(xia)降說明(ming)蓄電池內部有(you)短路現象。
4)指針(zhen)快速下降為(wei)0V說明蓄電池內(nei)部有斷路。
5、經驗法
觀(guan)察(cha)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液是(shi)否(fou)渾濁,渾濁說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)正極(ji)板(ban)(ban)軟化。觀(guan)察(cha)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)底(di)部是(shi)否(fou)有沉淀物,如(ru)有說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)極(ji)板(ban)(ban)脫落蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量已存在(zai)不足。用手(shou)敲(qiao)擊(ji)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)兩個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)樁如(ru)果聽到有空(kong)洞(dong)的聲音(yin)說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)極(ji)樁與(yu)極(ji)板(ban)(ban)發(fa)生斷裂。用一粗(cu)導線短(duan)路正負極(ji)樁觀(guan)察(cha)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)各個(ge)加液孔(kong),如(ru)發(fa)現某隔(ge)出現氣(qi)泡說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)該隔(ge)已損(sun)壞。
