鈦酸鋰電池負極的SCiB充電技術能5分鐘充滿90%是真的嗎?
鈦酸鋰電池是屬于鋰離子電池的范疇,只是負極材料使用了鈦酸鋰(Li4Ti5O12,Lithiumtitanateoxide,LTO),這類材料的一個特點就是結構穩定性很好,可以適用于長壽命、快充電池技(ji)(ji)術(shu)等領域。據相關報道鈦酸鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池負極(ji)使(shi)用(yong)的SCiB充電(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(超級充電(dian)(dian)離子電(dian)(dian)池SuperChargeionBattery,SCiB)能5分鐘充滿90%的電(dian)(dian)量(liang),具體情況是怎么樣的呢?
鈦(tai)酸鋰電(dian)(dian)池和鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池負極中常用的石墨材料(liao)相比,電(dian)(dian)位比較(jiao)高,達到1.5V(vs.Li/Li+),安全(quan)性相對較(jiao)好,但是(shi)也(ye)造成了鈦(tai)酸鋰在全(quan)電(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)壓相對偏低,只有2.3-2.5V左右,但是(shi)其也(ye)有其優勢:
1.高全(quan)性高。內部短路(lu)時(shi)產熱(re)較小
2.低溫性(xing)能(neng)好。可(ke)以(yi)在-30攝(she)氏度(du)使用(yong)
3.快充能(neng)力強。最快甚至可以(yi)6分鐘充電,相當于10C的充電倍率
4.壽(shou)命長。循環壽(shou)命超(chao)過上萬次
5.功率(lv)(lv)輸出(chu)高。瞬時大電流輸出(chu)能力強(qiang),功率(lv)(lv)密度(du)可和電容器相媲美
6.有效(xiao)SOC窗(chuang)口寬。LTO在(zai)電(dian)壓(ya)曲線十分平坦,在(zai)整個SOC范圍內占(zhan)據(ju)了85%以(yi)上
鈦酸鋰電(dian)池采用的SCiB技術經過檢測:
單體功率型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)2.9Ah、10Ah和能量(liang)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)20Ah、23Ah。其中(zhong),2.9Ah電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)35攝氏度下(xia)(xia),SOC范圍20-80%的條(tiao)件下(xia)(xia),10C充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/10C放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的循環壽命(ming)(ming)高達40000次以(yi)上(shang),10Ah電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)5C充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/5C放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)條(tiao)件下(xia)(xia),循環20000次以(yi)后容量(liang)保持(chi)率還在(zai)90%以(yi)上(shang)(圖4),20Ah電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)3C的充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流下(xia)(xia),循環壽命(ming)(ming)可以(yi)保持(chi)在(zai)15000以(yi)上(shang)(容量(liang)保持(chi)率80%。
電(dian)池(chi)優異的(de)低溫性(xing)能:在零下(xia)20攝氏度(du)可以用(yong)1C的(de)電(dian)流正常充放(fang)電(dian),并且(qie)沒(mei)有明顯的(de)容量(liang)衰減。
針(zhen)刺(ci)(ci)的實(shi)驗條件為:電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充滿電(dian)(dian),室溫24攝氏度,鋼針(zhen)直徑5mm,針(zhen)刺(ci)(ci)速度10mm/s,完全刺(ci)(ci)穿電(dian)(dian)池(chi)后鋼針(zhen)在電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內停(ting)留(liu)30min。實(shi)驗結果(guo):電(dian)(dian)池(chi)被刺(ci)(ci)穿、不冒煙、不起火、不爆炸。
擠壓(ya)的實驗條件為:電池充滿電,室溫23攝(she)氏度(du),擠壓(ya)頭直徑15.8mm,擠壓(ya)速度(du)2.3mm/s,擠壓(ya)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)量50%,擠壓(ya)頭在電池50%變(bian)形(xing)(xing)量的地方(fang)維持(chi)30min。實驗結果:電池形(xing)(xing)變(bian)50%、不(bu)冒煙(yan)、不(bu)起火(huo)、不(bu)爆炸。
過(guo)充(chong)的(de)實驗(yan)條(tiao)件為:電池(chi)充(chong)滿電,室(shi)溫(wen)22攝氏(shi)度,充(chong)電電流3A,充(chong)電時間90min。實驗(yan)結(jie)果(guo):電池(chi)鼓脹(zhang)、不冒(mao)煙(yan)、不起火、不爆(bao)炸。
雖然鈦酸(suan)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)SCiB單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)采(cai)用(yong)的(de)材料,池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓只(zhi)有(you)2.4V左右(you),這要比采(cai)用(yong)三(san)元材料的(de)鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓3.7V低了將(jiang)近1.3V。但是SCiB的(de)功(gong)率特(te)性(xing)非(fei)常(chang)出色,其功(gong)率型電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)功(gong)率密度輸出能力將(jiang)近4909W/L,甚至達到了6664W/L;功(gong)率密度輸入能力達到了5500W/L左右(you)。但是SCiB電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)能量(liang)特(te)性(xing)則(ze)比較(jiao)差,無(wu)論(lun)是功(gong)率型還是能量(liang)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),均遠低于(yu)采(cai)用(yong)三(san)元材料的(de)鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)能量(liang)特(te)性(xing)。
從(cong)上面(mian)的(de)(de)數據可(ke)以看到,采用(yong)了(le)鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)負(fu)極的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子電池(chi)其(qi)優點(dian)(dian)和缺(que)點(dian)(dian)都(dou)(dou)十(shi)分明顯:功率特(te)性(xing)、循環壽命(ming)、快充性(xing)能(neng)(neng)、安全性(xing)都(dou)(dou)十(shi)分突出;但是(shi)其(qi)能(neng)(neng)量特(te)性(xing)顯然是(shi)其(qi)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)回(hui)避的(de)(de)短(duan)板。基于鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)負(fu)極的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子電池(chi),既(ji)不(bu)(bu)會像有些媒體那樣大肆宣傳的(de)(de)無所(suo)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)、也(ye)不(bu)(bu)會一(yi)點(dian)(dian)用(yong)武之地也(ye)沒有。切(qie)入(ru)特(te)定的(de)(de)細(xi)分領(ling)域、充分發(fa)揮其(qi)特(te)點(dian)(dian)、規避其(qi)缺(que)點(dian)(dian)、揚長避短(duan)是(shi)采用(yong)鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)材料的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)離子電池(chi)的(de)(de)發(fa)展之路。
