鋰電池組電芯電量不平衡怎么辦?

1、首先針對整個電池(chi)組進行充電,轉燈后浮充2到3小時(shi)。假如(ru)電池(chi)組長期(qi)虧電放置,已(yi)經無法充入(ru)電量,可以直接(jie)跨過保護板(ban)充電10分鐘(使用放電口充電),再正常(chang)充電即可。
2、拔下(xia)保護(hu)板的(de)(de)排線(xian)(xian)(xian),拔掉之前,請做好記號,2根排線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)板子(zi),排線(xian)(xian)(xian)不可插反。測量排線(xian)(xian)(xian)上相鄰針(zhen)腳的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),假如是48V的(de)(de),有16個電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),60V則(ze)是20個電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。負(fu)極開始的(de)(de)第一串(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是從電(dian)池組負(fu)極到第一根排線(xian)(xian)(xian)之間的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),其他(ta)以(yi)此類推。找出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于3.50V的(de)(de)單串(chuan),判斷正負(fu)極,并做好標記。
3、使用3.6v的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器,將電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于3.50v的單(dan)串(chuan)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)至3.60到3.70V。但要有人值守(shou),嚴防(fang)過充電(dian)(dian)(dian)導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)池報廢。
4、按照(zhao)原(yuan)來的順序插回(hui)排線(xian),注意不可反接(jie),裝好電池,即(ji)可投入使(shi)用。
