由于鋰電池自身客觀缺點妨礙了使用功能,鋰電池保護板的功能就是彌補鋰電池的部分缺點存在的。由于鋰電池本身的材料決定了它不能被過充、過放、過流、短路及超高溫充放電,因此需要電池保護板來預防保護。

鋰電池保(bao)護板(ban)設計作(zuo)用包括以(yi)下(xia)幾點(dian):

1、過充(chong)電(dian)(dian)檢(jian)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya):在(zai)通(tong)常狀態下,Vdd逐漸提升至CO端(duan)由(you)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)平變為低電(dian)(dian)平時VDD-VSS間電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。

2、過充(chong)電(dian)解除(chu)電(dian)壓(ya):在充(chong)電(dian)狀態下,Vdd逐漸降低至CO端由低電(dian)平變為高電(dian)平時VDD-VSS間電(dian)壓(ya)。

3、過放電(dian)檢出(chu)電(dian)壓:通常(chang)狀態下,Vdd逐(zhu)漸降低至DO端由高電(dian)平(ping)變為低電(dian)平(ping)時VDD-VSS間電(dian)壓。

4、過放(fang)電(dian)解除電(dian)壓:在(zai)過放(fang)電(dian)狀態下,Vdd逐(zhu)漸上升到DO端由低(di)電(dian)平(ping)變為高電(dian)平(ping)時VDD-VSS間(jian)電(dian)壓。

5、過電(dian)(dian)流1檢出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya):在通常狀(zhuang)態下,VM逐漸(jian)升(sheng)至DO由高電(dian)(dian)平變為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)平時VM-VSS間電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。

6、過電(dian)流2檢出電(dian)壓:在通常(chang)狀態下,VM從OV起以1ms以上4ms以下的速度升到DO端(duan)由高(gao)電(dian)平變為低電(dian)平時VM-VSS間電(dian)壓。

7、負載(zai)短路檢出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya):在通常狀(zhuang)態下,VM以OV起以1μS以上50μS以下的速度(du)升至(zhi)DO端由高(gao)電(dian)(dian)平變為低電(dian)(dian)平時VM-VSS間電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。

8、充(chong)電器檢出電壓(ya)(ya):在過(guo)放電狀態(tai)下(xia),VM以OV逐漸下(xia)降至DO由低電平變(bian)為(wei)變(bian)為(wei)高電平時VM-VSS間電壓(ya)(ya)。

9、通常(chang)工作時消耗(hao)電流(liu)(liu):在通常(chang)狀態下(xia),流(liu)(liu)以(yi)VDD端子的電流(liu)(liu)(IDD)即(ji)為通常(chang)工作時消耗(hao)電流(liu)(liu)。

10、過放(fang)(fang)電(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)耗電(dian)流:在(zai)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)狀態下,流經VDD端子(zi)的電(dian)流(IDD)即(ji)為過流放(fang)(fang)電(dian)消(xiao)(xiao)耗電(dian)流。
