動力電池Pack系統成本的降低方法
一、增大電芯尺寸
一個電池包由成百上千個單體電芯串并聯組成,電芯是電池包降成本最主要部分。當前電池企業在降低電芯制造成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)方面(mian)主要(yao)有改進材料體(ti)系、做(zuo)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)尺寸及(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)良率(lv)(lv)等(deng)方式。在(zai)(zai)做(zuo)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)尺寸方面(mian),當前(qian)(qian)無論是(shi)方形、圓柱(zhu)還是(shi)軟包電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)都出(chu)現了(le)(le)單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)尺寸擴大(da)化的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展趨(qu)勢,其好處(chu)是(shi)有利于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)系統能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)度提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)和減(jian)少(shao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)從而降低(di)(di)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)。比(bi)(bi)較明(ming)顯的(de)(de)(de)是(shi),當前(qian)(qian)圓柱(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)領域(yu)出(chu)現了(le)(le)18650向21700/26650升(sheng)級的(de)(de)(de)現象(xiang)。根據特斯拉(la)給(gei)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)據,其目前(qian)(qian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)21700電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)相比(bi)(bi)原來(lai)ModelS使用的(de)(de)(de)18650電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)度提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)20%以上(shang),單體(ti)容量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)35%,系統成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)卻降低(di)(di)10%左右達到155美元/Wh,在(zai)(zai)同等(deng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)下所需電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)可減(jian)少(shao)約1/3,系統重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)減(jian)輕了(le)(le)10%。高工鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)了(le)(le)解到,包括天津(jin)力(li)神、遠東福斯特、億緯鋰(li)(li)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、比(bi)(bi)克(ke)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、猛獅科技等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)企業(ye)都即(ji)將或(huo)已(yi)經(jing)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)21700電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),并(bing)已(yi)有車企率(lv)(lv)先導入21700電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),2018年(nian)將成(cheng)(cheng)為中(zhong)國21700電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展元年(nian)。其中(zhong),天津(jin)力(li)神當前(qian)(qian)已(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)4.0Ah、4.5Ah兩款21700電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品,并(bing)已(yi)于(yu)(yu)2017年(nian)底量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)并(bing)批量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)供(gong)貨(huo),主要(yao)供(gong)給(gei)江淮汽車、長安(an)汽車等(deng)整車廠,預計全(quan)年(nian)出(chu)貨(huo)2億支(zhi)。2018年(nian)年(nian)底前(qian)(qian)還將推出(chu)5.0Ah新產(chan)(chan)(chan)品。力(li)神市(shi)場部經(jing)理吳愷表示:“由于(yu)(yu)21700相較傳統18650在(zai)(zai)PACK整體(ti)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)度上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)優勢愈發(fa)明(ming)顯,今年(nian)市(shi)場對21700產(chan)(chan)(chan)品表現出(chu)了(le)(le)超出(chu)預期的(de)(de)(de)興趣。”
二、結構件輕量化
業內人士表示,在動力電池企業(ye)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)成(cheng)本的(de)壓力,結(jie)構(gou)件產(chan)品降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)價(jia)無(wu)可避(bi)免,有(you)些(xie)產(chan)品的(de)價(jia)格相比去年(nian)已經(jing)下降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)了20%,幾乎已經(jing)沒有(you)了降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)價(jia)空間。受此影響,結(jie)構(gou)件企業(ye)的(de)凈利(li)潤(run)也(ye)出現了下滑,結(jie)構(gou)件市場競爭(zheng)將更加激烈。目前,包括科達(da)利(li)、欣迪(di)盟、鑫(xin)東達(da)等(deng)結(jie)構(gou)件制(zhi)造商在2018年(nian)都在通過導入(ru)新(xin)材(cai)料(liao)和優化結(jie)構(gou)設計(ji)等(deng)方式(shi),使新(xin)產(chan)品較舊產(chan)品減(jian)重達(da)20%以(yi)上(shang),同時使制(zhi)造成(cheng)本進一(yi)步降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低,從而降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低了電(dian)池包的(de)綜(zong)合成(cheng)本。科達(da)利(li)總經(jing)理(li)勵建炬對(dui)高(gao)工鋰電(dian)表示,科達(da)利(li)已經(jing)全面導入(ru)新(xin)型材(cai)料(liao),新(xin)產(chan)品較原來的(de)產(chan)品減(jian)重20%-30%。公司根據客戶(hu)(hu)的(de)產(chan)品性能需求針對(dui)性的(de)開發生產(chan)結(jie)構(gou)件產(chan)品,已經(jing)交付客戶(hu)(hu)使用。除了上(shang)述結(jie)構(gou)件之外(wai),包括箱體、線束等(deng)輔料(liao)也(ye)是電(dian)池企業(ye)可以(yi)直接將成(cheng)本的(de)重要部(bu)分。
三、BMS大幅降價
相比其它材料,BMS的(de)降(jiang)價(jia)(jia)更(geng)為明顯(xian)。多位BMS企業(ye)人士向高工鋰電表示,BMS成(cheng)本只占到電池(chi)包價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)的(de)5%-10%,但(dan)在補貼退坡的(de)壓力(li)之下,BMS企業(ye)也將承受降(jiang)價(jia)(jia)重(zhong)壓,預計2018的(de)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)或將同(tong)比(bi)年下降(jiang)20%以上。業(ye)內(nei)人士普遍(bian)認為,由于BMS市(shi)場(chang)產品(pin)同(tong)質(zhi)化(hua)現象嚴重(zhong),技術實(shi)力(li)參差不齊,隨著補貼退坡,價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)博弈加劇,BMS相關標準確立,再加上多方勢力(li)的(de)加速搶食(shi),2018年第三方BMS市(shi)場(chang)洗牌淘(tao)汰的(de)局面將更(geng)快(kuai)顯(xian)現,BMS市(shi)場(chang)也將由分散變成(cheng)為集中。
四、提升自動化效率
除了在(zai)電(dian)芯、BMS、結構件(jian)和輔(fu)料等方(fang)面直接降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低成(cheng)本(ben)之外,通(tong)(tong)過提(ti)(ti)升產線(xian)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產效(xiao)率,通(tong)(tong)過規模(mo)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低單(dan)位制造成(cheng)本(ben)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)池(chi)企(qi)業(ye)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)有效(xiao)途徑。當前,包括寧德時代、比亞(ya)迪(di)、國軒高(gao)科(ke)、沃(wo)特瑪、比克電(dian)池(chi)等動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)池(chi)產量(liang)(liang)和出貨量(liang)(liang)排(pai)名前列的(de)動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)池(chi)企(qi)業(ye),都在(zai)提(ti)(ti)升其產線(xian)的(de)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)水(shui)平以(yi)減少人工干預(yu)。同時通(tong)(tong)過改(gai)善工藝(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)產流程(cheng),實現智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)、規模(mo)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)材料利用率和產品合格率大幅降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低電(dian)池(chi)材料和電(dian)池(chi)PACK的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產成(cheng)本(ben)。除此之外,擴(kuo)大產能(neng)規模(mo)攤(tan)薄(bo)電(dian)芯制造成(cheng)本(ben)、提(ti)(ti)高(gao)內部(bu)管理水(shui)平、配套單(dan)個車(che)型銷(xiao)量(liang)(liang)增加等也(ye)是(shi)(shi)動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)池(chi)企(qi)業(ye)實現降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)路徑之一(yi)。
