各單(dan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管(guan)理電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)之間(jian)的(de)通(tong)信方式采用的(de)是CAN總線(xian)通(tong)信,單(dan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管(guan)理電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)與整車控(kong)制器之間(jian)是通(tong)過(guo)CAN-USB總線(xian)適配(pei)器實現通(tong)信。整車控(kong)制器通(tong)過(guo)USB-CAN總線(xian)適配(pei)器與單(dan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管(guan)理電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)CAN總線(xian)相(xiang)連(lian)接,實現了(le)對(dui)單(dan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管(guan)理電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)信息的(de)發(fa)送和接收。通(tong)過(guo)采用CAN總線(xian)的(de)分(fen)布式結構,減(jian)少了(le)系(xi)統的(de)連(lian)線(xian),便于系(xi)統安裝調試(shi)。

由n節單體(ti)電(dian)池管理(li)電(dian)路構成電(dian)池組(zu)管理(li)系(xi)統,如圖3.2所示(shi),為當n=4時單體(ti)電(dian)池管理(li)電(dian)路與單體(ti)電(dian)池的連接線圖。

單(dan)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)保護板管(guan)(guan)理(li)電(dian)(dian)路之(zhi)間采用CAN總線進(jin)行通信和連接(jie)(jie),CAN總線由4根信號線組成,GND_CAN為外部供電(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)口地(di)線,CANL為CAN總線L信號,CANH為CAN總線H信號,+5VCAN為CAN模塊(kuai)(kuai)+5V電(dian)(dian)源外部供電(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)口。odd代表(biao)奇數(shu)模塊(kuai)(kuai),even代表(biao)偶數(shu)模塊(kuai)(kuai)。單(dan)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)電(dian)(dian)路各自分別引出兩(liang)根線與單(dan)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)相連接(jie)(jie),從而(er)可實(shi)現隨時從單(dan)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)上將單(dan)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)電(dian)(dian)路斷開。
