什么是高壓電池?
對于消費者來說,高壓電池一般是指48V以上的電壓電池就叫高壓電池,其實這個不能說錯,也不能說對,那么高壓電池低壓電池區別?對于鋰電池廠家來說,高壓電池主要分兩種,每種都有其使用要求,定義也不同,而高壓電池低壓電池區別又有所不同。下面就(jiu)來了(le)解(jie)一(yi)下吧:

1、從電池電芯的電壓上來定義高壓電池,這方面主要是針對鋰電池,目前鋰電池電芯電池的種類主要有高壓鋰電池電芯和低壓鋰電池電芯。
聚(ju)合物(wu)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯可分(fen)為高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(4.35V / 4.4V)和(he)普通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(4.2V)。普通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的標稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為3.6 / 3.7V,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的上限一般為4.2V。高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的標稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為3.8V和(he)3.85V,相(xiang)應的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)截止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)分(fen)別為4.35V和(he)4.4V。
根(gen)據實驗室統計,當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升高(gao)(gao)時(shi),在相同(tong)的放電(dian)時(shi)間內和相同(tong)容量的情況下,正(zheng)常電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的電(dian)池(chi)用完(wan)電(dian)的時(shi)間是低于高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)池(chi)用完(wan)電(dian)的時(shi)間。這(zhe)就充分說明,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)池(chi)能夠延長電(dian)池(chi)的使用時(shi)間。
高壓電池(chi)一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)使用在無(wu)人(ren)機市場不管是(shi)植保(bao)無(wu)人(ren)機,還(huan)是(shi)航測無(wu)人(ren)機,仍然希望進一(yi)步增加續(xu)航時間。高壓鋰電池(chi)的能(neng)量(liang)高于普通電池(chi)的能(neng)量(liang),在同樣的使用環境情(qing)況下(xia),其續(xu)航時間會(hui)增加。
高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鋰電池(chi)電芯能量密度(du)比(bi)較高,安全(quan)性能要比(bi)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di),但它的放電平臺比(bi)較高,在同等容量下,在體積(ji)和重量方面,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電池(chi)要比(bi)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電池(chi)要輕些。
高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)和(he)低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍(bei)率方面來說(shuo),高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)要比(bi)低壓(ya)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)倍(bei)率更高(gao)(gao),動力更強(qiang),因此高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)理論(lun)上來說(shuo)應該比(bi)較適合應用在需要高(gao)(gao)倍(bei)率放(fang)電(dian)(dian)的產品設備上,才能(neng)更好的發揮其優(you)勢。
低壓(ya)鋰(li)電池(chi)就是(shi)就是(shi)指我們平常(chang)說的鋰(li)電池(chi)電壓(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)標稱電壓(ya)是(shi)3.6 / 3.7V的電池(chi),通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)普通(tong)的鋰(li)電池(chi),如果倍率放電對電池(chi)傷害比較大(da),甚至有自(zi)燃(ran)或爆炸(zha)的危險。
2、從電(dian)池組/包的電(dian)壓來定義高(gao)壓電(dian)池
高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組/包或(huo)者說的(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),一(yi)般都(dou)是指48V以上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),是一(yi)整套的(de)(de),這類電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)鎳氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)和高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。需要注(zhu)意的(de)(de)是,它們都(dou)是通(tong)過單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)串(chuan)聯的(de)(de)方式來(lai)實現的(de)(de),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)越高(gao),單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組成的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組/包就越不穩(wen)定,因此(ci)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)在48V到110V之間;
以電(dian)芯(xin)并串聯(lian)(lian)成一(yi)個(ge)單體電(dian)池(chi)(chi),然后在經(jing)過串并聯(lian)(lian)組(zu)裝(zhuang)成電(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)的(de)不(bu)(bu)管是(shi)高壓電(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)還是(shi)低壓電(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu),其都是(shi)使用低壓電(dian)芯(xin)為基礎,通過串并聯(lian)(lian)實現(xian)的(de),當然,這(zhe)個(ge)必須(xu)要有合(he)適(shi)且技術過硬的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理系統(電(dian)池(chi)(chi)保(bao)護板)做電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)芯(xin)之間(jian)的(de)協調工作,不(bu)(bu)然很容易出故障,甚至是(shi)安(an)全(quan)事故。
因為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)上(shang)產制造過程中,即使(shi)是同一批次的(de)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin),每(mei)個(ge)之間都(dou)存(cun)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)差(cha)和容(rong)(rong)量差(cha),理(li)論(lun)上(shang)來說,電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)之間的(de)壓(ya)差(cha)越(yue)(yue)小,電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)一致性(xing)(xing)就(jiu)越(yue)(yue)高(gao),電(dian)(dian)池質量和安(an)全(quan)性(xing)(xing)就(jiu)越(yue)(yue)高(gao)。同時電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)越(yue)(yue)高(gao),月(yue)容(rong)(rong)易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)差(cha)過大,會(hui)造成電(dian)(dian)池穩定性(xing)(xing)不好,那么電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)質量和安(an)全(quan)性(xing)(xing)就(jiu)會(hui)比較差(cha),這就(jiu)是為(wei)(wei)什(shen)么電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)一般(ban)不用高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)原(yuan)因。
