鋰電池國標標準基礎要求是什么?

4、怎樣(yang)區別(bie)電(dian)池是(shi)4.1V還是(shi)4.2V:消(xiao)費者(zhe)是(shi)無(wu)法(fa)區分的(de),這(zhe)要看電(dian)芯生產廠家的(de)產品(pin)規格書。有些牌子的(de)電(dian)芯是(shi)4.1V和(he)4.2V通用的(de),比(bi)如A&TB(東(dong)芝),國內廠家基本是(shi)4.2V,但(dan)也有例外(wai),比(bi)如天津力神是(shi)4.1V(但(dan)目(mu)前也是(shi)按4.2V了)。
5、把4.1V的(de)(de)電芯(xin)充電到(dao)4.2V會怎么樣(yang)(yang):會使電池容量(liang)提(ti)高,感覺很(hen)好(hao)用(yong),待機時間增加,但會減(jian)短電池的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命。比如原(yuan)來(lai)500次(ci),減(jian)少(shao)到(dao)300次(ci)。同樣(yang)(yang)道理,把4.2V的(de)(de)電芯(xin)過充,也會減(jian)短壽命。
6、既然電池內(nei)有保護板(ban),我們是(shi)(shi)否就可以放(fang)心了呢:不是(shi)(shi),因為保護板(ban)的(de)截止參數是(shi)(shi)4.35V(這還(huan)是(shi)(shi)好的(de),差的(de)要4.4到4.5V),保護板(ban)是(shi)(shi)應付萬一(yi)的(de),假如每次都過充,電池也會很快衰(shuai)減的(de)。
7、多大(da)的充(chong)電電流算是合適的:理論上越小對(dui)電池(chi)越有好處。但你(ni)總不能為了一塊電池(chi)充(chong)電等3天吧。
國(guo)標規(gui)定的低倍(bei)率充(chong)電(dian)(dian)是(shi)0.2C(仲裁(cai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)制式),還(huan)以(yi)上(shang)面的1000mAh容量的電(dian)(dian)池為例,就(jiu)是(shi)200mA,那么我們可以(yi)估計(ji)出(chu)(chu)這只電(dian)(dian)池5個多小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)可以(yi)充(chong)飽。(容量mAh=電(dian)(dian)流mAx時(shi)(shi)間h)經鋸國(guo)家技術監(jian)督部門(men)鑒定鋰電(dian)(dian)容量,是(shi)以(yi)1C的高倍(bei)率充(chong)電(dian)(dian),以(yi)0.2C的低倍(bei)率放(fang)電(dian)(dian),以(yi)時(shi)(shi)間計(ji)算出(chu)(chu)容量值,試驗次(ci)(ci)數5次(ci)(ci),有1次(ci)(ci)容量達(da)到(dao)試驗結束。(就(jiu)是(shi)有5次(ci)(ci)機會,如果第一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)試驗就(jiu)合格了,后(hou)面的4次(ci)(ci)不做)檢測之前允許有一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)預(yu)循環,就(jiu)是(shi)以(yi)1C恒流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)至(zhi)4.2V即停(ting)止,而(er)沒(mei)有后(hou)面的恒壓到(dao)0.01C的過程,更(geng)沒(mei)有14小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)。
8、鋰離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池能承受多大(da)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu):廠家試驗(yan)時可以很高(gao),但(dan)國(guo)標高(gao)倍率規(gui)定為(wei)1C,還以上面的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池為(wei)例(li),1個多小(xiao)時即可充(chong)滿。這么大(da)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池能承受嗎?對(dui)(dui)于目(mu)前(qian)的鋰離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯,是(shi)小(xiao)意思而已。目(mu)前(qian)沒有(you)對(dui)(dui)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的國(guo)家標準,所執行(xing)的是(shi)郵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)行(xing)業標準YD/T9981999/2,里面規(gui)定了充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不得大(da)于1C。
9、壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)是(shi)(shi)(shi)怎樣規(gui)定的(de):簡單說是(shi)(shi)(shi)指電池經過(guo)N次(ci)1C充、1C放電后,容量(liang)下降到(dao)70%,此時的(de)N就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)。并不是(shi)(shi)(shi)說300次(ci)還可以用(yong),301次(ci)就(jiu)不能用(yong)了。國標規(gui)定壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)不得小于300次(ci)。我們平時使用(yong)的(de)條件(jian)沒(mei)有檢測時這么嚴(yan)酷(ku),壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)會(hui)更長(chang)。
