無人機航拍的心臟 默默奉獻的無人機電池
近幾年,無(wu)人機(ji)航拍已經慢(man)慢(man)走進(jin)大(da)眾的(de)(de)視(shi)野(ye),它(ta)非常(chang)規的(de)(de)拍攝(she)視(shi)角(jiao)、方(fang)便的(de)(de)操作、簡單的(de)(de)結構(gou),贏(ying)得(de)了無(wu)數影(ying)像創作機(ji)構(gou)的(de)(de)芳心,甚至已進(jin)入普(pu)通百(bai)姓家。
目(mu)前主流的(de)(de)航拍無(wu)人(ren)機為(wei)(wei)多(duo)旋翼機、直機和固(gu)定(ding)翼,它們(men)的(de)(de)結構決定(ding)了(le)(le)能(neng)長時(shi)間(jian)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)的(de)(de)是固(gu)定(ding)翼,但固(gu)定(ding)翼起(qi)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)和降(jiang)落要求高(gao),在(zai)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)中(zhong)不能(neng)懸停(ting)等因素往往只能(neng)用(yong)(yong)在(zai)測繪等對(dui)影像質量要求不高(gao)行(xing)業。而(er)多(duo)旋翼機、直機雖然(ran)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)時(shi)間(jian)短,但可在(zai)復雜地型(xing)起(qi)降(jiang),飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)平穩,可以懸停(ting),抗風(feng)能(neng)力(li)好,操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)易上手,是目(mu)前在(zai)影像創作(zuo)(zuo)上應(ying)用(yong)(yong)最多(duo)的(de)(de)機型(xing)。這兩種機型(xing)在(zai)動(dong)(dong)力(li)能(neng)源上以使(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池為(wei)(wei)主,直機還可以用(yong)(yong)油(you)動(dong)(dong)發動(dong)(dong)機提(ti)供(gong)動(dong)(dong)力(li),但油(you)動(dong)(dong)產生的(de)(de)機械(xie)震動(dong)(dong)和更(geng)大(da)的(de)(de)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)風(feng)險大(da)大(da)的(de)(de)降(jiang)低了(le)(le)其(qi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)率。從而(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)越(yue)來越(yue)在(zai)無(wu)人(ren)航拍中(zhong)普及開(kai)來,一(yi)(yi)個團(tuan)隊配備的(de)(de)各種電(dian)(dian)(dian)池少則十(shi)幾(ji)塊,多(duo)則幾(ji)十(shi)塊,它們(men)孜孜不倦(juan)地為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機、電(dian)(dian)(dian)調(diao)、飛(fei)(fei)(fei)控(kong)、OSD、圖傳(chuan)、接收機、遙(yao)控(kong)器(qi)(qi)、監視(shi)器(qi)(qi)等飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)各個用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)件提(ti)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)保(bao)障。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)更(geng)好的(de)(de)、更(geng)安全的(de)(de)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing),就要去了(le)(le)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)參數、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)、保(bao)養、充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)等,這樣(yang)才能(neng)保(bao)障每次航拍任務的(de)(de)順利進(jin)行(xing)。下(xia)面就跟格氏一(yi)(yi)起(qi)了(le)(le)解一(yi)(yi)下(xia)在(zai)航拍中(zhong)默默奉獻的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池。


現在航(hang)拍上用的(de)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)全稱(cheng)(cheng)為”“(Li-polymer,又稱(cheng)(cheng)高(gao)分(fen)子(zi)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)),一(yi)(yi)般簡(jian)稱(cheng)(cheng)為鋰(li)(li)電(dian)。鋰(li)(li)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)具(ju)有能量密度高(gao)、更(geng)小型化、超(chao)薄化、輕量化,以及高(gao)安(an)全性和低成本等多種明顯優勢,是一(yi)(yi)種新型電(dian)池(chi)(chi)。在形(xing)狀上,鋰(li)(li)聚合(he)(he)物(wu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)具(ju)有超(chao)薄化特征(zheng),可(ke)以配合(he)(he)各種產品的(de)需要,制作成任何形(xing)狀與(yu)容量的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi),外(wai)包裝為鋁塑包裝,有別于液態鋰(li)(li)電(dian)的(de)金屬(shu)外(wai)殼,內(nei)部質量隱(yin)患可(ke)立即通過外(wai)包裝變(bian)形(xing)而顯示出來,比如鼓(gu)脹。
下面就從電池的基本參數開始了解,以一塊22.2V10000mah航拍動力電池為例說明,它是由(you)6片額定電(dian)壓為3.7V、容量(liang)10000mah鋰電(dian)芯串聯(lian)而成,即常說的(de)(de)6S1P也有6S2P的(de)(de)電(dian)池,是由(you)12片5000mah的(de)(de)電(dian)池并聯(lian)加串聯(lian)組成的(de)(de)。這里要(yao)(yao)(yao)說明一(yi)點(dian)的(de)(de)是,6S1P要(yao)(yao)(yao)比6S2P安全系(xi)數要(yao)(yao)(yao)高,因為1P要(yao)(yao)(yao)比2P的(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)簡單一(yi)倍,當然1P價格也要(yao)(yao)(yao)更高。


航模用鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)中,單片電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓3.7V是(shi)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,是(shi)從(cong)平(ping)均工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓獲(huo)得。單片鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)2.75~4.2V,鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)上標(biao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量是(shi)4.2V放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)至2.75V所獲(huo)得的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量。鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)必須保持(chi)在2.75~4.2V這(zhe)(zhe)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓范圍內(nei)使(shi)用。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低(di)于(yu)2.75V則屬(shu)于(yu)過度(du)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang),內(nei)部的(de)化(hua)學液體(ti)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)結晶,這(zhe)(zhe)些結晶有可能會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)刺(ci)穿內(nei)部結構(gou)層造成(cheng)短路,甚至會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)讓(rang)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓變(bian)為(wei)零。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時單片電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓高于(yu)4.2V屬(shu)于(yu)過度(du)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),內(nei)部化(hua)學反應過于(yu)激烈(lie),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)鼓氣膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang),若繼續充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)膨(peng)(peng)脹(zhang)、燃燒(shao)。所以一定(ding)要用符合(he)安全標(biao)準的(de)正規充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同時嚴禁對充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器進(jin)行(xing)私自改裝,這(zhe)(zhe)可能會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)造成(cheng)很嚴重的(de)后果!
還要提示一點,切記:不能將航拍動力電池單片電芯電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)用到2.75V,此(ci)時(shi)電(dian)池已不(bu)能提供給飛(fei)機(ji)有效電(dian)力進行(xing)(xing)飛(fei)行(xing)(xing),為(wei)了(le)安全(quan)飛(fei)行(xing)(xing),可將單片(pian)報警電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)設為(wei)3.6V,如(ru)達到這個(ge)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),或接近此(ci)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),飛(fei)手就要馬執行(xing)(xing)返航或降落動作,盡可能避(bi)免因電(dian)池電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)足(zu)導(dao)致炸機(ji)。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)倍數(shu)(shu)(C)來(lai)表示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)說(shuo)按照(zhao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標稱容量最大(da)可達到多(duo)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。常見的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)航拍用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)有(you)15C、20C、25C或(huo)者(zhe)更(geng)高(gao)C數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。至于C數(shu)(shu),簡單的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)說(shuo)。1C針對(dui)不(bu)(bu)同容量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)一樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。1C是(shi)(shi)(shi)指電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)用1C的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)率放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)可以(yi)持續工(gong)作1小(xiao)(xiao)時。例:10000mah容量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)持續工(gong)作1小(xiao)(xiao)時,那(nei)么(me)(me)平均電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)10000ma,即10A,10A即是(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1C。再(zai)如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)標有(you)10000mah25C,那(nei)么(me)(me)最大(da)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)10A*25=250A,如果是(shi)(shi)(shi)15C,那(nei)么(me)(me)最大(da)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)10A*15=150A,從此可以(yi)看出飛機在進行(xing)大(da)動態飛行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時候(hou),C數(shu)(shu)越高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)就能(neng)(neng)(neng)根據動力消耗的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)瞬(shun)間提供更(geng)多(duo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)支持,它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)會更(geng)好(hao),當然C數(shu)(shu)越高(gao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)價(jia)位也會升高(gao)。這(zhe)里要(yao)注(zhu)意的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)千萬不(bu)(bu)要(yao)超過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)充放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)C數(shu)(shu)進行(xing)充放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),否則電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)有(you)可能(neng)(neng)(neng)會報廢(fei)或(huo)燃燒爆炸。
在電(dian)池的(de)使用上要堅持六個“不(bu)(bu)(bu)”,即(ji)不(bu)(bu)(bu)過充、不(bu)(bu)(bu)過放、不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿電(dian)保存、不(bu)(bu)(bu)損壞外皮、不(bu)(bu)(bu)短路、不(bu)(bu)(bu)著(zhu)涼正確(que)的(de)使用方法是延長
