電子煙電池知識全面介紹
電池是電子煙設備當中最重要的組成部分,提供給主體設備提供電力,用來加熱發熱絲,使霧化器工作。市場上的電子煙電池種類玲瑯滿目,種類繁多。不少人在選購電池上都很頭疼。不知道購買電池要以什么為標準。


1、電子煙電池的(de)基礎(chu)知識
電子煙電池使用的是鋰電池。鋰離子電池能量密度大,平均輸出電壓高。自放電小,好的電子煙電池,每月在2%以下(可恢復)。沒有記憶效應。工作溫度范圍寬為-20℃~60℃。循環性能優越、可快速充放電、充電效率高達100%,而且輸出功率大。使用壽命長。不含有毒有害物質,被稱為綠色電池。單體電池的工作電壓高達3.7-3.8V(磷酸鐵鋰的是3.2V),是老式鎳氫電池的3倍。
而且鋰離子電(dian)池循環壽命長,一般(ban)均可達到500次以上(shang),甚至1000次以上(shang),磷酸鐵(tie)鋰的(de)可以達到2000次以上(shang),節(jie)省(sheng)了大量的(de)使用成本。
2、電子煙電池(chi)的分類和(he)指標。
首先就(jiu)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)煙電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)尺寸,經常聽到“18650”、“26650”、“18350”,那(nei)這些(xie)數(shu)字(zi)又代表了什么呢(ni)?首先,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)型號一般的(de)(de)(de)(de)行業標準是用5位(wei)(wei)數(shu)字(zi)來(lai)標注(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de),前兩(liang)位(wei)(wei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)直徑(jing),后面的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)位(wei)(wei)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)度,最后一位(wei)(wei)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形狀(zhuang)(zhuang)。比(bi)如“18650”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),安裝(zhuang)上面介紹的(de)(de)(de)(de)來(lai)解讀,就(jiu)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“18”毫(hao)米(mi)(mi),長(chang)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“65”毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“0”圓(yuan)柱形電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。(現在(zai)有些(xie)廠家將最后一位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)字(zi)“0”省略掉了。因(yin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)實際意義不太大(da),看到電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)外(wai)觀就(jiu)能區分電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形狀(zhuang)(zhuang)了。再比(bi)如“26650”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),就(jiu)是直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“26”毫(hao)米(mi)(mi),長(chang)度“65”毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“0”圓(yuan)柱形電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。“18350”就(jiu)是直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“18”毫(hao)米(mi)(mi),長(chang)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“35”毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“0”圓(yuan)柱形電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。通過數(shu)據就(jiu)可以知道,“26650”和“18650”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)度都是一樣的(de)(de)(de)(de),但是“26650”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)要比(bi)“18650”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)直徑(jing)粗。而“18350”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)比(bi)“18650”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)度短。
電子煙使用最常見(jian)的就(jiu)是“18650”電池。當(dang)然一些機械桿也可以使用“18350”的電池。比如(ru)“飛行員”機械桿,使用“18350”電池后非常的小巧(qiao)。加上配(pei)套的“HOBO”流浪(lang)漢滴油(you)霧化器的總長度只比1節(jie)“18650”電池長一點(dian)點(dian)。
當然,還(huan)有些特殊的機械桿或者(zhe)調(diao)壓桿支持“18500”的電池,這(zhe)里(li)就不(bu)再贅述了
使(shi)用(yong)“26650”電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的設(she)備包括一些機(ji)械桿,調壓盒子中使(shi)用(yong)26650電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的,大家比較(jiao)熟悉的就是克萊(lai)朋的“T6”盒子。
3、電子煙電池標簽(qian)文字和字母的意思
電(dian)子煙(yan)電(dian)池(chi)指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao):電(dian)池(chi)的(de)專(zhuan)業指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)很多(duo),像容量、放電(dian)率、正極(ji)材質(zhi)類型、內阻等。很多(duo)專(zhuan)業的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)我們(men)一般用戶用不(bu)到,所(suo)以(yi)就挑選幾(ji)個比較常用的(de)、主要的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)來介紹。
以“AW”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)舉例,首先看電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)煙(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)外皮(pi)上(shang)印刷的(de)(de)內容就會大致了解(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)一些信息(xi)。“IMR”電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)又稱錳酸鋰(li)(LIMN)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),是現有可(ke)用于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)煙(yan)的(de)(de)最安全(quan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),因為使用安全(quan)的(de)(de)化(hua)學(xue)原料,IMR電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)不需要保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,而(er)且,IMR電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)能夠承受更大的(de)(de)壓力和沖擊(ji),雖然也(ye)會漏液,但是要比ICR電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)反(fan)應(ying)好太多,當(dang)ICR電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路失效時(shi),ICR電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在漏液時(shi)會發生劇烈的(de)(de)化(hua)學(xue)反(fan)應(ying)而(er)導致著火甚(shen)至爆炸。
“18650”就是(shi)電(dian)子煙電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)尺寸(cun)型號(hao)了。“3.7V”指的(de)(de)是(shi)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)“2000mAh”指的(de)(de)是(shi)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)容量為2000毫安。(以7.4w的(de)(de)功率(lv)工作一小(xiao)時(shi))。
這樣我(wo)們看到一(yi)個電(dian)子煙電(dian)池(chi)就能(neng)大致了解電(dian)池(chi)的(de)一(yi)些(xie)基本信息(xi)了,除了容量這個決定了電(dian)池(chi)續航能(neng)力的(de)指標(biao)外,另外一(yi)個最重要的(de)指標(biao)就是放電(dian)了。
電(dian)子煙電(dian)池(chi)標簽圖中的“vappower”舉例,電(dian)池(chi)最(zui)(zui)下方的小字“Max.35A”代表(biao)了該電(dian)池(chi)最(zui)(zui)大(da)可持續放電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)35安(an)培,“Pulse50A”表(biao)示瞬間電(dian)流(liu)可以(yi)達到50安(an)培。
為什么說放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流也是重要(yao)的指標(biao)之一(yi)呢(ni)?比如(ru)上面的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),我(wo)們可以(yi)通過歐姆定律計(ji)算下(xia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流=電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓/電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,我(wo)們用(yong)3.7伏特(te)除以(yi)35安培(pei),等于0.074Ω。也就(jiu)是說,這款電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)理論上最(zui)低支持(chi)0.074Ω的發熱(re)絲。如(ru)果是常見(jian)的20A放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)呢(ni)?我(wo)們再來計(ji)算一(yi)下(xia):3.7÷20=0.185,也就(jiu)是說,20A放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)最(zui)低支持(chi)0.185Ω的發熱(re)絲。
①那(nei)有人(ren)就會說(shuo)了,既(ji)然是這樣,那(nei)只買放電電流大的電子煙電池就行(xing)了吧?這就是電子煙選擇(ze)的電池的第一(yi)個(ge)誤區(qu):只用(yong)大放電的電池。
我們先來說鋰電池(chi)(chi)的分類(lei)。鋰離子電池(chi)(chi)大(da)致通過(guo)放電的大(da)小可(ke)以(yi)分成兩類(lei),一類(lei)是以(yi)容量為主(zhu)要指標(biao)的能量型的電池(chi)(chi);另(ling)一類(lei)就是以(yi)放電輸出為主(zhu)要指標(biao)的動(dong)力(li)型鋰電池(chi)(chi),也(ye)稱作(zuo)動(dong)力(li)電池(chi)(chi)。
電(dian)(dian)池受(shou)到(dao)目前制(zhi)(zhi)作工藝(yi)的(de)限制(zhi)(zhi),只能要么(me)是(shi)追(zhui)求(qiu)(qiu)高容(rong)量,但是(shi)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流一般都很(hen)小,要么(me)就是(shi)追(zhui)求(qiu)(qiu)動力,高放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian),但是(shi)容(rong)量小。說道這(zhe)里又有一個(ge)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)重(zhong)要放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)指標“C”。大家在選(xuan)購電(dian)(dian)池的(de)時候經常能碰到(dao)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)介(jie)紹,就是(shi)不寫電(dian)(dian)池的(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流是(shi)多(duo)(duo)少(shao),而是(shi)寫放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)多(duo)(duo)少(shao)C,這(zhe)個(ge)“C”又是(shi)什么(me)呢?“C”是(shi)用來表(biao)示電(dian)(dian)池充放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)時電(dian)(dian)流大小的(de)比(bi)率,即倍(bei)率。如(ru)2500mAh的(de)電(dian)(dian)池,1C表(biao)示2.5A(2500Ah的(de)1倍(bei)率),1C表(biao)示2500mA(2500mAh的(de)1倍(bei)率)。
正是(shi)因為(wei)放(fang)電倍率的(de)影響,所以(yi)高容(rong)量(liang)的(de)電池很(hen)難做(zuo)到高倍率的(de)輸(shu)出(chu),高輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)電池同樣也(ye)很(hen)難做(zuo)到高容(rong)量(liang)。具體的(de)原(yuan)理就不在這里(li)說明了,不然篇幅(fu)太長,而且對于(yu)消費者(zhe)來說這些知識(shi)也(ye)不重要(yao),只要(yao)知道大(da)致的(de)原(yuan)理即可。
看過了(le)以上(shang)的知識(shi),就大致明白了(le)誤區之一(yi)(yi)。因為(wei)一(yi)(yi)般大電流輸出的動力(li)電池一(yi)(yi)般容量都(dou)(dou)不(bu)大,基本(ben)都(dou)(dou)在(zai)(zai)2500mA左右。如果你只是用在(zai)(zai)儲油霧化(hua)器上(shang),一(yi)(yi)般電阻(zu)都(dou)(dou)在(zai)(zai)1Ω以上(shang),用動力(li)電池不(bu)但浪費了(le)電池的性能,同時續航(hang)能力(li)也(ye)下(xia)降(jiang)了(le)很多。
舉(ju)個例子大家(jia)就明白了(le)。比如我剛接觸電(dian)子煙的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,主要目的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)為了(le)戒(jie)煙。所(suo)以霧化器選擇(ze)的(de)(de)(de)KFL,設備是(shi)VAMOV5,一款很(hen)老的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)壓桿(gan)子了(le),最高功(gong)率只有(you)15w,電(dian)阻(zu)高于1.3Ω才工(gong)作。所(suo)以我選擇(ze)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)松下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)18650BE3400mA容量型的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)池。
此款(kuan)(kuan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)容(rong)量達到了(le)3400mA,但(dan)是放(fang)電(dian)(dian)才有(you)6A。而(er)(er)根據我的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子煙設(she)備VAMOV5最低1.3Ω的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)來看,只需要2.84安(an)培(pei)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流,(3.7伏特電(dian)(dian)壓÷1.3Ω電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)=2.84安(an)培(pei)電(dian)(dian)流)6A遠遠滿足(zu)了(le)。而(er)(er)且6A支持最低的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是(3.7伏特電(dian)(dian)壓÷6A電(dian)(dian)流=0.61Ω電(dian)(dian)阻(zu))0.61Ω,也(ye)就是說,即使(shi)用(yong)在機械桿(gan)上,只要霧(wu)化器發熱絲的(de)(de)阻(zu)值不(bu)(bu)低于0.6Ω,此款(kuan)(kuan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)完全能夠勝任。而(er)(er)且電(dian)(dian)量充足(zu),續航(hang)能力有(you)保障(zhang)。實際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)中也(ye)是如此的(de)(de)。3400mA的(de)(de)容(rong)量我可以(yi)(yi)使(shi)用(yong)1天半,而(er)(er)2500mA的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)1天要用(yong)2顆。所以(yi)(yi)說,選(xuan)購電(dian)(dian)池(chi)要根據自己(ji)的(de)(de)實際(ji)用(yong)途來選(xuan)擇(ze),不(bu)(bu)能一味地(di)盲目追求(qiu)高(gao)輸(shu)出。這樣既能夠節(jie)省了(le)資(zi)金,又(you)不(bu)(bu)至于浪(lang)費了(le)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)性能。比如買輛(liang)法拉利,實際(ji)只是天天買菜來用(yong),路(lu)程(cheng)不(bu)(bu)超過(guo)1公里(li),時(shi)速(su)不(bu)(bu)超過(guo)30邁(mai)。這樣還不(bu)(bu)如買輛(liang)電(dian)(dian)動車,既浪(lang)費了(le)資(zi)金,又(you)浪(lang)費了(le)法拉利的(de)(de)性能。所以(yi)(yi)說,根據實際(ji)用(yong)途來選(xuan)擇(ze)合適的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)。

目前調(diao)(diao)壓設(she)(she)備(bei)大(da)(da)家使用(yong)的(de)(de)比較多,那就先來看看調(diao)(diao)壓設(she)(she)備(bei)怎(zen)么樣來選(xuan)擇(ze)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。調(diao)(diao)壓設(she)(she)備(bei)首先要看設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)高功率,和電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)數(shu)目。比如說最(zui)(zui)高30w的(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)壓盒子,單18650電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。那我們(men)來算一下(xia),用(yong)公式:功率=電(dian)(dian)壓×電(dian)(dian)流(liu)來換算。30w÷3.7v=8.1a。也就是說,此(ci)款(kuan)調(diao)(diao)壓盒子在設(she)(she)置到最(zui)(zui)高30w功率時,需要電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)是8.1A,那選(xuan)擇(ze)一款(kuan)輸(shu)出(chu)10A,容(rong)量在3000mA以(yi)上的(de)(de)松下(xia)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)就完(wan)全(quan)夠用(yong)了,而且續航能(neng)力還長。如果你買(mai)了vct4,只(zhi)有2000mA,卻最(zui)(zui)高只(zhi)能(neng)輸(shu)出(chu)8.1A,不(bu)僅(jin)待機時間短了很多,而且電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)性能(neng)也浪費了很大(da)(da)一部(bu)分。
看到這(zhe)里(li),有些細(xi)心(xin)的(de)朋友要(yao)說(shuo)了:“你的(de)計算方式不對(dui)啊!為什么是3.7v的(de)電壓呢?我的(de)設備明明可以(yi)達到6v的(de)電壓啊!”
在這里還得再(zai)說一下(xia)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備之所(suo)以能(neng)改(gai)變(bian)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)原(yuan)理。根據(ju)能(neng)量守恒定律,一切能(neng)量都(dou)不會(hui)憑空產生,也不會(hui)憑空消(xiao)失。其(qi)實調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)原(yuan)理就是(shi)通過(guo)改(gai)變(bian)電流(liu)(liu)來達到改(gai)變(bian)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。通過(guo)芯片來控制電流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)輸出,根據(ju)功(gong)率(lv)=電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)×電流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)公式就會(hui)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)改(gai)變(bian)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。而且現在一般的(de)(de)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備都(dou)是(shi)以功(gong)率(lv)作為(wei)主要設(she)(she)置的(de)(de),因為(wei)這樣更直(zhi)觀(guan),如果設(she)(she)置的(de)(de)是(shi)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),還要自己(ji)再(zai)換算成功(gong)率(lv),非常的(de)(de)不方(fang)便。
再說(shuo)一下(xia)3.7v的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),一般鋰(li)離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)(shi)3.7v,滿電(dian)(dian)的(de)時(shi)候是(shi)(shi)4.2v,沒(mei)電(dian)(dian)了是(shi)(shi)3v左(zuo)右(you),電(dian)(dian)池本身(shen)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)截止電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為2.幾(ji)v左(zuo)右(you)。當然(ran),一些特殊(shu)材(cai)料制作的(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池,比如說(shuo)磷酸(suan)鐵鋰(li),比較特殊(shu),滿電(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)3.2v。一般計(ji)算都是(shi)(shi)以3.7v為標準(zhun)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)即可。
再(zai)比如(ru)說60w的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調壓(ya)盒子(zi),使(shi)用單節的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)18650電池(chi)(chi),該(gai)怎樣選(xuan)擇電池(chi)(chi)呢(ni)?計(ji)算(suan)一下得知:60÷3.7=16.21,也就(jiu)是說電池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)電電流不能低于16.21,一般的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電池(chi)(chi)這個范圍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)電是20a,大多容量都(dou)在2500mA,所(suo)以(yi)要(yao)選(xuan)擇2500mA的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),放(fang)電20a的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)18650電池(chi)(chi)。
